Just wondering if theres any staff manning the support desk, lodged a ticket over 4 hours ago with no response

Most of mine are dealt with very promptly, no complaints. I have just one that's been 48hrs for a corrupt db restore, and most likely the last backup is overwritten, so i am screwed.

I have one ticket were the last reply from vortech was on the 21st! and i updated 3 times since then with no reply. Whereas all other tickets i send are dealt with quite fast. But a user's db has been down for 5 days and i am running out of excuses...

mySQL Corruption

Anyone else experiencing mySQL database corruption issues over the last few days? I've had a DB go down twice since the 19th, and I'm trying to figure out if its me or a larger problem on the servers.

And if you do get a response, it hasn't been much help

We put a ticket in this morning as well and despite actually speaking with someone on the phone, nothing has been done. We have been told the db restoration would be done in "a couple of hours" 6 hours ago and so far we have had no response. They put me on hold 62 minutes ago and counting...

We're doing what we can right now, we're currently experiencing some server issues, I passed this on to our level 3 technicians, and they're doing the best they can right now to get everything up and running, unfortunately this means some of the tickets are taking a little longer than normal.

This ticket has been replied to twice but forwarded to level3 and it is my tickets list (at support.vortechhosting.com) with the rest of them, it was on hold for a while , then yesterday it was Opened again, but no reply for 10 days. Anyway the error was :

Warning: Fatal error 7105

But this has since changed to : Cannot open database requested in login.
