I have been trying for 3 days to get someone if anybody on the phone at Vortec in sales and support and noone answers or returns phone calls. Is anybody else facing this issue?

I'm extremely sorry but we've been flooded with calls since the DDoS attack. As Dan said, submit a ticket with your number and the issues you are facing, and we will get back to you ASAP.

i too have been trying to contact a human form to no avail... makes you start to wonder about the state of vortech's current situation and future.

i'd be lying if i said i weren't nervous.

They sure do not act like a company that wants to be in business much longer.

We've been swamped with calls. If we're on the phone we cannot answer another call coming in (we do have multiple phones with multiple people on the phones). If you are having an issue getting through and you do not want to leave a message send us an email with your phone number and detailed explanation of your problem and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
