But for 2checkout i don't know what IP addresss to put in the box
Run a test and check the IP of the postback using a script or something ... for now you can just use *.*.*.* to make sure it works.

No problem... I know sometimes we can be very critical, but when things go well we need to send our kudos.

I think sometimes Vortech forgets how it feels to be in our shoes and give us what we need, on the other hand we too (resellers) forget how it is to be in Vortech's shoes...

I am sure that most of us have been at other hosts and moved to Vortech for good reasons. As long as we are made aware of the situation(s) and are reassured that progress is being made, we can be patient.

The common comment in the forum is correct... "Give us something solid that we can tell our clients and we can calm the situation... Just don't leave us hanging". That's when everyone gets critical. This time things were handled much better, even with the extra problems. Thanks!

Hey, if it was so easy to run an H-Sphere cluster we would all do it ourselves right? I for one would rather leave it to Vortech.

Now that things have settled down a little, I started playing with some of the new features.

Vortech, FYI

I couldn't get these features to work or were not present:
http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation...ts.html#surfml - It appears to turn on, but the view link once enabled goes to nothing.

Enabled SPF in plans and didn't see this as described: http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/user/spf.html

Anyway servers can have php4 and php5 as they say?? http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation...phere-php.html

Any chance of getting sharepoint??

Any chance of Exchange??

I know the techs are swamped with the gazillion tiny issues that the upgrade has caused, so I can not say for sure because I do not know but some features may be disabled until all the bugs are worked out.

Every domain I have looked up under "web service" states that "changes need to be applied."

Are we to manually update each domain's "web service" page?

Bump on the above.

Also, domains aren't adding. I tried several times and received "Failed to add Domain xxx.com Internal Error, Tech Support Was Notified" error.

I have not been able to add new accts for days now, ever since the H-Sphere upgrade began.

Should not these issues have been ironed out with thorough testing BEFORE installing the upgrade on production servers?

We have fixed the problem with New account signups and adding domains. The problem only occurs if the plan used has been created/modifed since the upgrade. To fix the plan run through the edit plan wizard for the problematic plan. Once this has been done any account creations/domain additions using this plan will work properly.

in tickets, they tell me that asp.net 2.0 will be ready this week, now we are starting another week and it doesn't work yet. I know it's a great job. GO AHEAD!
