i am with Chris (not that anyone is shocked by that ) on this one. I have been with you guys for about a million years now and it has been one of the best partnerships I have encountered in over 15 years in this business of design/development/marketing/advertising...

the staff here is really great. They are kind, understanding, intelligent and humble. This organization is always interested in finding out what the issues truly are -- they do not point fingers and are never hesitant to say "you know what, this may be an issue on our end... let me look into this"

in this day and age, that is a priceless attribute, in my opinion.

Thanks for always working so hard to "make it right" -- on all levels.
