May be the result of 2.4 upgrade.

Admin Login --> Setttings --> Merchant Gateway

I noticed that my 2Checkout configurations vanished.
I had to re enter and activate it again.

Was that only for me or anybody else also experienced?

Should the link in the CP to take the user to view their awstats pages be prompting for a password? or should this be posted automatically like it does for webmail, SA etc etc?

I've got one user who can't even access his awstats when using the correct password too so I think perhaps there's something fishy somewhere.

AWstats should use the FTP user and FTP pass, if you have it one send a ticket. I tested AWstats on the test system before going live and it seemed to work on there so it should on the live systems as well.

Haven't seen or heard any major issues - except that the new version is dog-slow.

I don't know if the new code added significantly more processing overhead to the servers, or if the huge amount of additional javascript (or some combination of the above) is causing this, but I hope psoft spends some time on optimizing code in their next update.

With my experience, I can tell just by looking at this, that their engineers are most likely testing their updates on their machines on their local network - which of course will never evidence the speed and lag-time issues I'm seeing now

Oh well... at least the pretty new icons partially make-up for the wait time...

The new skin is slow, lots of graphics and javascript, this has been discussed quite a bit. Even locally, its slow, as it puts a load on your browser, not the server. Sticking with the basic skins is still an option. I prefer them, as they aren't so slow Otherwise, CP is fairly fast. Searches can be a bit slow though.

Found some possible accounting/report-related bugs:

(1.) I ran a complete "Monetary transactions" Report from my reseller CP: I'm looking over the columns now, and can see that wherever I've had a "Setup" charged, that value has actually being assigned over to the "Domain reg." column... Maybe I'm a bit of a nit-pick, but I get *extra* nervous when accounting-related figures are mis-placed.

(2.) Also checked the "Charge Log" and just noticed (not sure if this is an old bug either) that the Amount column is not filled-in.

(3.) Lastly, I'm only making an educated guess that the "CC processing errors" and "Credit Card Charge" reports will show me just these items from my hosted clients' billing entries... If that's the case, then both these reports are broken, because I'm not seeing any CC charges or processing errors I know occurred (one client had several)...

Not sure about the last issue since I've never used those reports before, but the other reports are pretty important for my accounting.

did anyone notice that the "third party tool" menu link is missing?

I was expecting to see support for Kanoodle and Site box as mentioned over at psoft. I would really like support for kanoodle, have they removed it or is it just me?

Also does anyone elase also experience missing images when using the Xpedia (not lite) skin? most if not all the images are replaced by spacers, i don't really care, i prefer the left menu anyway. Even my reseller account at vortech has no images at all but havn't tried changing skins yet.... not sure if we may.

and i find this cp much faster too.!!

just too bad the Email templates as still all in english even the foreign ones..

can we have the language files so that we can get them translated?

Moderation Not Working . . . as I expected. I submitted a ticket, but thought a drop my first post in the forum as well and see if there are any H-Sphere gurus that can set me straight

I don't have my Merchant Account setup, but when I order a "Without Billing" plan with a Domain Registration it goes through without moderation.

I tested it by the following Settings>Signup Guard (Moderate Everything, and also check Moderate Domain Registrations).

Is this a bug in 2.4 or am I configuring it wrong?

From your control panel just click on the "show" icon to take you to your stats.

The full URL will be something like

Any feedback or reply from PSoft on my earlier post about adding a search feature in the email administration?

The problem: My client has over 100+ email addresses that he administers. It's a pain to scroll through when the new skin adds only 10 addresses at a time.
