great flash demo. makes sense.
i guess i'm just a little biased since my main job is as a technical writer. i expect to find a major area on the website labeled "Documentation" and a list of different docs to guide me through various tasks. vortech doesn't have that. i also expect to find SOMETHING on the feature set when i search the KB. there isn't much good to say about the vortech kb. sorry. you're right about the forums. i find a lot of info here. it just isn't organized into usable documentation. thanks for the demo.

Regarding the email config backups... couldn't one use the API and store this in a database... then also use the API to restore the accounts if necessary? Just an idea...
