Can I retrieve an email password?

I have a client that set up an email account, but forgot their password. They have multiple computers that they check the same account with, and need to set up another. Rather than recreating the password (and having to update it on all their machines), is there a way in HSphere to retrieve an old password (or at least the number of characters long it is, in the hopes it will remind them what it is)?

I don't really think there is a way from our side of things, but maybe it can be looked up with admin access from Hsphere since they seem to be able to view clients passwords.
