User Disk Space/Bandwidth
I've noticed that a user can change the amount of disk space and bandwidth that they are allowed. If they do change this and I have a set amount of space that I allow them each month say 200mb then if they change that to 50mb will they be billed for that additional 50mb based off of the amount that I specified for that plan?
Thanks, |

Hi Wilburt,
If you go to your plan (under INFO>Plans) and click on the "Edit" under "Actions" button, skip to the 3rd page you will see "Quotas" as a heading and "Disk space Quota". There you can specificy how much FREE space the user gets with the plan in your example 200 mb, then in the next field you can specificy how much each additional MB would cost him if he were to add more. So in answer to your question, yes he will be charged for going over. Also if you click the "resource" button under "Advanced" (again under INFO>Plans) and you click "edit" next to "Disk space Quota" you can set a max for the plan as well. I hope this helps!
