Never used that one but it does look good. We use phplivesupport.com I think it is.. Its just a one time fee and install some php scripts..

ICQ, MSN, Yahoo!, they are all pretty good, but the cross platform compatile IM vote goes too, thats right you never guessed it....................








MSN Messenger! Yea this baby works wonderfully on linux, and other OSes other than windows, withou loosing many features, I can't even get my contact list up on ICQ, and icqanywhere is crap. Yahoo for other OSes is very limited. But using MSN with Al's Messenger on linux is a pleasure! and it actually work BETTER than the windows version, I hardly ever get kicked off the msn network now!.

I use trillian and it lets you connect to everything, doesn't bog down your ressources either. Love it

And trillian runs like a pile of crap on WINE, doesnt work with ICQ half the time, and what else, oh I hate the interface!

Gee would that be becuase it was designed to run on Windows ? theres some great skins available actually and I believe jabber support's being worked on at which point there will be basically nothing you can't do with it !

I hear ya. I tried it and half the time it would not connect with ICQ and the rest of the time it wouldn't connect to AIM.

I can't get anyone in my family to use anything other than MSN messenger, but I have to admit it looks nice and has the cool camera feature. I like that since all my family is 1000 miles away.
