I am still getting intermittent 500 errors myself. I ran a traceroute and ping for a bit to my primary nameserver and am seeing some, not many, lost packets being reported on the last 3 hops. There is definite improvement over the last several days, but it doesn't look like its completely cleared up.

Well, you are lucky, but maybe we're not using the same cp. The reseller cp is not located at cp.Hsphere.cc
