that's the response i got as well. since we don't see any progress updates here on forum, its either nothing has been done to fix the problem or level 3 techs are not in for past 3 days. day by day, incident by incident VT is loosing its cridibility on fixing problems when they break.

Mail7 is running better now, but there are still some problems mostly related to high load. We're still working on improving it.

I had the same issue some time ago, which almost cost me 2 customers one of which was a corporate customer who really could not afford these kind of email problems
Exactly the same NDR messages as stated above, the issue never was resolved, to keep these customers I had to move them to a different host, the problem disappeared and the emails started working again.VT did their best to resolve it but never did. |

Hi;
We're having similat mail problems also in mail10. Sometimes I can't recieve any mail. Sometimes I recieve mails with " This is the qmail-send program at mail10.hsphere.cc I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out." Sometimes I recieve mails hours after they have sent. I tried many times. These problems are not fixed for more than two weeks |

Why is this taking so long to fix? It's been days. Maybe I don't understand the issues, but this is getting ridiculous.
One of my customers told me today that this same problem happened last week and that she lost a client because she did not receive an email. I'm sure my client is starting to look for other hosts, and I am going to start doing the same tonight for other reseller hosts. I've always like Vortech's service, but basic stuff like email has got to be working at least 99% of the time. A multi-day email "outage" is not acceptable in today's world. <rant over> |

Although I am not using Mail7, it concerns me that this problem has not yet been solved and there's no proper explanation provided. That is a cause for worry. Otherwise I am happy with Vortech, no reason why we should leave Vortech if it keeps providing the quality service it used to provide.
Maybe they need to hire more people to handle the more number of issues due to more number of resellers that have joined Vortech? |

up and down - just flaky
My customers who are on Mail7 have asked for a new provider. This issue and the similar one that happened a few months ago have been very damaging to my reputation. At least if I had regular information or updates to give them, it would of helped. In addition, it is just unacceptable to have it take days to resolve email problems like this.
