At the moment the CP is very slow. We are working on this issue. This is causing the CP to start and stop as we work on it. This will be going on possibly for the next few hours as we work to correct the issue.

We have no ETA at the moment. Psoft doesnt seam to think that the control panel is slow. We are trying to convince them otherwise.

Im a resseller.....Tell Them to call me if they dont beleive you. This issue has our support center and phones flooded with complaints.

It isn't slow if you're just logging in, but use anything requiring getting into a database, such as a search for domains or information about those domains, and it's slower than molasses in January.

Apparently PSoft doesn't use their own product, or they would be fixing it mighty quick.

I can't get the CP to come up at all to even try to log in. Maybe they're rebooting it or something.

I'm now having the same problem... maybe it's slowed enough that even PSoft will admit there's a problem...

Tough to run a business this way on my end, but I do understand that Vortech's doing the best they can. I would not want to be in the techs' shoes, as poorly as HSphere's running....I imagine they will be getting all sorts of hate email today. :-(

My control panel has always been slow when accessing email accounts, but recently it's been slow doing just about anything.

It would appear that the control panel "update" made data access much slower. I wonder if any other providers using the CP are having the same trouble.

I just spent the last 15 minutes removing one auto-reply from an email....

We spent all day yesterday tweaking the database out as far as possible. We have done all that we can really do at the moment. We are waiting for PSoft to correct the slowness on the java side now. They are logged into the CP server as I type this and we are awaiting their reply to our tickets.
