I've got new server, but here is some questions that I think might help others too:

1-can you give us cpanel? price please if your answer is yes. (dont need support on this)

2-can you give us a try to contact to HostingController sales for pricing? they had told us they would give $9/month price if you contact them directly.

3-how much for extra HDD, Ram?

4-all over in additional addons (sidebar) you mentioned backup is $10/20GB, but your order form will charge $20/20GB, why is that?

5-you mentioned free Directadmin, free Basic Monitoring. but in order forms we'll be charged for basic monitor, could you correct this?

Also, what version of windows server are these servers running?

Most windows here is windows 2000 currently.

A: no we only offer directadmin for free on unix boxs.

A: We would offer helm but not HostingController because we use to use HostingController and had many issues.

The box is max at 1GB so if it has 512mb we can add 512mb for $25 per month. No exra drives at this time.

A: We may have miss typed that it should be $10 per 20GB. But we have removed that option.

A: Basic monitor is done with out you chosing that one, we monitor ping only for free with the basic monitor in the order form we monitor http and all. But this has also since been removed.

I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for helm if you could negotiate a free upgrade to helm 4 when it is available next in a couple months.

Dont need that you support it, just if you can negotiate with them about pricing, could you?

One of my clients was involved with that NT33 problem from yesterday. Their website used to be in ASP (thus on the NT server), but was recently rewritten in PHP (still running on the NT Server, but could easily run on FreeBSD).

The client hosts their own mail server, and so only uses the my reseller account for web hosting. They never use their control panel - I make any modifications to their site.

I am comfortable with running a Unix (FreeBSD) server with PHP & MySQL installed.

So, my question is: If my client does not want to be subject to problem like we had yesterday with H-Sphere and potential problems caused by being hosted in a shared hosting environment, would it be reasonable to offer them the option of being hosted on one of these dedicated servers - with or without a control panel (like Direct Admin)?

Another question would be, would tech support help me with the DNS move from my current reseller hosting to this dedicated server?

I just signed up for a Windows 2003 server. The server looks great, and there are lots of features within Windows that can let me do great things. But the learning curve is a bit much for me right now - so any control panel software that could let me start dividing up my server faster for all my clients would be great.
