HSphere down?

Can't get my reseller CP or client CPs to load. Any news?

Cp down

The cp machine is down we are checking into it now. Hsphere was making some changes so nto sure whats up will let you know

I've also noticed the control panel having problems intermittently over the past few days. I tried putting in a ticket (twice). The first time, Craig flatly denied any knowledge of any problems, giving his standard 'Works fine for me' response. Of course, since it is an intermittent problem the fact that he could get in an hour later doesn't mean anything. Despite the complete lack of even an attempt to help on that first ticket, I tried again earlier today when I noticed the problem again, and was lucky enough to speak with Mark. He said:

So, that seems to be the situation, hopefully it won't continue to happen as frequently as it has been...

I know you hate my ticket responses but the fact is I am fast and to the point. If I have 40 tickets to answer and 1 guys says his CP is down my job is to check that CP and move on. If your CP works for me then I move on to the next ticket. Simple. If someone else reports a similiar problem then I will let one of the server techs look closer at it. Mike is one of those techs.

In this case I re-assigned the ticket to Mike, who gave you the reply you were satisfied with.

If that's how you do things, how do you solve intermittent problems? Are you saying you didn't believe there was a problem until you also heard a report from someone else? I'm not one to report a problem unless it's a problem, you should know that by now. Next time, I would appreciate it if you would take my ticket seriously enough to at least check a log, or something.

At the time the ticket was answered everything worked fine, so it was not a priority.
But thanks for the input, I'll work on that next time.
