Account at Limit?
I set up a basic account to have 10Megs of storage space. The client has reached this total and has requested another 10 megs of space.
I've increased the total allowable for the plan to 20 megs, yet any attempts to FTP still gets the 'disk full' error. As well, the client continues to receive 'past limit' emails. What am I missing here? |

did you go into the client's cp and increase the disk space as well?

Yes...and both control panels say they are only at 10Megs out of their total (20 Megs)

this is in HSphere?
on the main page in your domain CP, does the 'quota' read "used 10 MB of 20 MB limit (since Sep 3, 2003)" (the date is just for example)? If so, then maybe the actual disk on the server is full (which is probably not the case) - a TT would be the only fix there. However, if it says "used 10 MB of 10MB limit, then you have to click the "change" icon, and raise their limit here to 20MB. Note - just for future reference, you should put this thread in a more appropriate section, since this isn't a pre-sales question. ![]() |
