Mail server down
All my mail account are down. Can't send or receive message and the server is not sending any error message neither a bouncy message. Any reason or information?.

Same here, just so you know it is not only you. If they reply to your ticket let us know here what is going on.
p.s. Just noticed you posted this in the pre-sales forum - hopefully somebody will see it and move this into the appropriate forum.

Appears to be all fixed.
 Bah, spoke too soon. Now it is refusing connections again. Looks like they are working on it though so I"m sure it will be back up soon. (Fingers crossed...)

Yea it seems a user got mail bombed with about 300,000 messages so we are trying to clear them out of there now so qmail does not keep trying to send them.

what will happen to mail being sent to a mail box on that server?
is it lost? Do you have an estimate of when it will be working again?

The mail should be bounced back to the server that sent it and then that server should try to resend it for up to 5 days. However, that all depends on if their SMTP is set up to resend mail, from what I understand.

Once all of the mails are cleared out. It appears to be down to 50,000 now from 300,000. So it's going. It just takes awhile.
