We are looking at putting a small business here at MatrixReseller servers, and was looking for some feedback on:

1) How many email accounts you have setup?

2) Average email account size?


We are looking at putting around 40 email accounts and they will use roughly 4mb/day each.

Hmmm...We currently have one small site with some email address that are down now, been down for quite some time. This is not a good sign. I am wondering if this has something to do with the NS problem, since the site I am now having problems with, I did switch it to a dedicated IP.

Well guys, right now I still have an open support ticket on my email problem. See, this is what I mean, there is no way my clients would allow this much time with out email.

I am having similar, if not the same problems with at least one client's email. Lucky you to be able to submit a trouble ticket. I haven't been able to even do that all day.

P.S. Waiting patiently for an answer or for the problem to be corrected.
