Hello Everyone,
Just so everyone knows, urchin had a drive failure today and the box had to be rebuilt/restored. It looks as if serial numbers will have to be re-issued. Not sure yet, but will find out from Urchin Support. Stats should be ok as the restore should be less than 24 hours old. Of course, depending on what time everyone's logs update, there could be some loss, but minimal if any. I just wanted to let everyone know to save us all some time.
