GD library in Windows Server

Someone has installed "GD Library",in Windows Server?

How? Details...

I believe that using PHP.INI, but , how? Help me

Just download the php.ini that jmbeach linked (works for me not sure what you mean about cyclic loads either) and remove the comment in front of the GD library name under extensions in the .ini file and upload it to the root of your website.

when I upload the file, (PHP.INI) of the link. Without changing anything the one. the web that before loaded perfectly, but without GD, now never it finishes loading, and I see in the status bar it loads an and another time the same web.

How it is configured that file? or that trick has?

Which extention did you uncomment? On windows you need to uncomment extension=php_gd2.dll and make sure the extension directory is like this
extension_dir = "C:\PHP\extensions\"

When you uncomment a extension that dosen't exits it will cause PHP to hang like you are describing then give a CGI timeout.
