Router upgrade scheduled for 05/23/2003
Hello,
We will be upgrading our router's operating system this Friday night / Saturday Morning at 2:00 A.M. There will be a roughly 20 minute outage as the system is rebooted, as well as possible periodic outages afterward as we update our router and switch configurations. Hi,
I just wonder why one of my .NET designed websites is giving me "Server Application Unavailable" error from the time of Router upgrade, since I have not changed any thing in my site. The address is: http://xblog.behnamonline.net/farsiindex.aspx It was working well till the time, does it relate to your upgrade, or if not so what is the problem? Please let me know what is going on. |

Check out the post on mail disruption today. They said it might be until morning before all of the backed up mail is delivered. Your support answer could be in the back log.

By the looks of the ticket you posted here barely an hour after submitting the ticket, you do need to have a little patience sometimes as it may take a few hours to get a response depending on time of day, other issues happening etc.
The support response times here are normally pretty darn efficient. |

No need to be snippy. I was just letting you know that you would need to submit a ticket if you are having an issue. An hour is not really that long considering (1) it's the weekend and (2) it's a holiday weekend. Personally, I have waited alot longer than an hour to get a response from tech support for my home cable modem.

this is much more than an hour, it is getting to 24hrs, I think a good hosting service must have someone to respond to emergencies in the weekends, it is really causeing bad prognosis for me, and I am going to miss some of my clients due to a long lasted downtime of the site, just check this link: http://xblog.behnamonline.net/farsiindex.aspx Last edited by shahram : 05-25-2003 at 02:52 PM. |

I just checked the ticket system and there are NO pending or unaswered tickets, therefore you would need to supply me with an actual ticket number so I can check on it.
We have 24/7 tech support and no one else seems be having a problem getting a response except you, therefore I need the ticket number.

That ticket was re-assigned to Admin because the techs were not sure of the answer and he is off on the weekend. I will have him look at it shortly.

Have you tried turning .NET off and then back on in your control panel shahram ? this has been known to sometimes fixe strange .NET problems
