monthly extras using summary
I am setting up my plans again, till we go down again, and I am using summary disk space and traffic.
I have set up the monthly and extra for the summary traffic and disk space, but do I still need to set monthly and extra for: disk space mail quota mysql ms sql pgsql or will doing so cause a double bill if they go over.

No!!!!
When using summary, if you set up indivudal extra charges for excess for disk, traffic, mail, & db they will be charged twice. Psoft mnetions this in the documentation about changing a non-summary to a summary disk plan. The initial individual sizes you set up are only to give initial default sizes.
