Unhappy Changing accounts

my reseller id is : 5360693
i am on windows

I start by apologizing for somewhat rude post earlier. I am

greatly perturbed. I will for a final time document what i want

to do.

I had started a new cipher account. The name servers were based

on my freind's domain name. Now his domain name has expired and

he has decided to go out of commercial business. Simce he was a

reseller for me, we decided that i should take take over. Now i

want to change the 'control domains' or 'service domains' or

whatever you call them, thats is now i want to have the

nameservers based on my own website which was earlier just hosted

on my freinds name servers.

This is point1.

Now point2 since his domain name expired i have not been able to

access by mails from webspehere, the websphere opens but an error

comes up as i enter the correct details, something like : ERR :

is the domain active or configured to accept mails?

now i know that this has something to do with the mail pointers

which were asscoiated to the now-expired service domain name.

but since my domain is active i would like to recieve or atleast

download my earlier mails in my inbox!

how can i backup my inbox?

also i know that i can create a new cipher account, the present

account wil be deleted, also the officials have promised me that

they will transfer all my files and all settings, inclusing stuff

like custom extensions to this new accoun, how will they do

that? do i need to send a mail? how will they know what to do? i

dont want any downtime, is that possible? also can they transfer

all my mails in my inbox inclusing all mailboxes for other

domains as-it-is?

please reply soon as i would to create a new a/c asap and get on

with the stuff..phew!

Have you submitted a ticket to support asking them about any of these issues?? If not, I would recommend you do because they reply here only when they are not busy with actual support tickets/phone calls.

Well like I said, they reply to tickets quicker than they do posts.
