Crontab and Mogrify

Hi
I am having trouble with the path to the directory I wish to run mogrify on via crontab. I am using this example to try and run it.

/usr/local/bin/mogrify -resize 256x256 /hsphere/local/home/user_name/mysiteurl.com/ads/folder/*.jpg

I am getting folder not found message. The mogrify part seems OK.
I tried various paths, http and .. and // combos without luck.

Can anyone help out.
