Doubts about Vortech and hosting.

Im researching a good reseller plan, there is some information I cant find in your site. Other questions are about general hosting.

- In your billing, what counts to establish if Im exceeding the limits of my plan with you: HSPHERE sign up plans size or real used disk space and traffic by the users (my clients)?

- Do you offer any free traffic statistics software or just 1 instance of urchin?

- The webmail "atmail" is for windows and unix? It has Portuguese language?

- Email has IMAP protocol?

- Dont have file manager to windows?

- Do you have Sub-ftps. In windows and Unix?

- Mail and Database quotas are include in disk quota?

- Do you offer any online db admin to ms sql server?

- How can I get MS SQL Backups?

- How can I know you have redundancy? I am in a host that had a problem with a cluster and let me and my clients without send/receiving mails for 3 days...

- Whats the Hsphere version?

- Do you have easyApps in Hsphere?

- Is it possible to backup HSPHERE configuration?

Disk and traffic are both billed based on Actual usage not allocation

Check out the HSphere features, Webalizer and AWStats are included and are free.

Webmail is webmail ..it's not for any particular operating system. Portuguese is in the list of langauges on the logon screen so I would assume its supported.

Yes

Not sure what your asking, but if you look at the HSphere features, or even check the demo out you'll see there is a File Manager (Webshell) it's available under Unix and Windows

Only on Unix

Yes they are thats correct.

As per the HSphere documentation, yes ASP.NET Enterprise Manager is available

You can't "get" them, but you can make your own using Enterprise Manager or any other tool of your liking

No one has perfect redundancy at the price your going to pay here, the redundancy is good enough though that even with a major server blowup the down time is usually minimised to less than 8 hours or so. As an example recently one server had a hard drive crash, it was back up and running in about 2.5 hours

- Whats the Hsphere version?
It's always roughly the latest version, new versions or patches do not get installed immediately though, they usually wait 4-6 weeks.

No.

I'm not sure why you'd want too, but no you can't backup your HSphere settings.
