I am thinking of buy a plan...But i have some questions to ask:
1) is Your any Data Base support Chinese Language?
2) do you have any like "30days refund" guarantee?

Not the resident expert - but as far as I know the database doesn't support Chinese Language - (nor Hspere unless theres an add-on language pack we dont have).

As for refunds policies - yes there are, however it depends what plan / service you are interested in.
Might be best if you listed the 'plans' your looking at - other may be able to help you better then
