I got a very angry email from a customer demanding a refund because his site was down again today. He is on NT10 and said it was down around 5:30pm (EST).
Does anyone know what the cause was and exactly how long it was down so I know how to respond to my customer? Thanks! |

Saw that one, but it said a server was down for about 20 minutes and was posted at around 4:30. Since NT10 was down at 5:30, I didn't think it was related.
Maybe someone from Matrix can clarify... Thanks. |

No NT10 was having an IIS issue it was unrelated to the DDOS attack as far as I can tell.. With a spike of traffic that high its some times hard to tell as it jumped our network from 100MB to around 300 MB per sec.
