I have been trying to talk to someone and have been unable to get anywhere on the phone system.... I do not think anyone works there....

We're here, if you read my other forum posts you'll see that 100% of efforts are going into mail9 right now, if you need a call back email me at sales@vortechhosting.com and I'll call you back. If this has to do with mail9 we are working on it

Pardon me but I have seen no posts reguarding mail9... If there was some explination then I would not be trying to call... If mail9 is being worked on great, but I have seen no posts reguarding this....

is phone support still down? we have been trying to get our site renewed since last week and have been unable to get through to anyone. our site - which expired on 8/16 - is now offline. there has been no 'human' reply to our emails and the phone lines have gone unanswered. all we're talking about here is running a credit card, right? this is incredibly frsutrating. tucows has a hands off policy regarding this but we intend to contact their compliance department if our needs aren't met promptly. what's happening here? is vortech out of business?

Vortech is not out of business, but if you need to get a domain renewed you have to email billing@vortechhosting.com .

I think you should double check. No replies to support tickets. Nobody answers the phone. No call backs. Maybe you are all just on vacation.

What are you talking about thenaj, we've been extremely busy and having issues with people because of the tropical storm so we've been a little tightly stretched. I'm sorry we weren't able to pick up your phone call we are working though and we are extremely busy.

I had a support ticket open since last Friday with no response at all. Today, it disappeared. That is the 2nd time in two weeks that an open support ticket simply disappeared from the system.
I understand about the storm, but if someone's got time to check this board and reply, someone could have gotten back to me to say "Hey, we've got a lot going on with the storm, but we will get back to you ASAP. Thanks for your patience." Instead, I feel like I am just being ignored. |
