Has anyone else had any issues with email subscriber’s list since the upgrade?

I just got chewed out by one of my customers that use the mailing list to send out news letters. This has work great for the last 9 months with no issues, any replies where automatically rejected by the server. My customer sent out another news letter this evening to about 1800+ Email addresses, replies were not rejected and were sent to all 1800+ Email addresses, this continued until each recipient had about 60 Emails.
I have rechecked the settings and they are set so that Posts from addresses other than moderators are rejected and Message moderation is on, but it still send out to all list members. Help!!
