urchin stats updated

a client of mine asked at what intervals are the urchin stats updated ? is it once daily or more than that ?
any one got any idea ?

Daily... or rather nightly, our time.

I don't know about everyone else but I'm rather unimpressed with Urchin. It looks pretty but doesn't even track uniques. I'm looking forward to when H-Sphere integrates AWstats 6 in 2.4.

Urchin can do uniques. You just need to install the UTM on your site and ask us to turn it on.

Can urchin stats be viewed like http://www.mydomain.com:9999/?app=admin&action=login&user=<CP username>&pass=<CP password> instead of http://212.158.112.252:9999/?app=admin&action=login&user=<CP username>&pass=<CP password>

If the site in question is on a Dedicated IP ?

UTM files should be in the download area at vortechsupport

do urchin show all my domain ? i try to add in my service domain it work only with that one not all ...

When you login to your Reseller control panel it shows you your current usage in the graphs on the left hand side. To get more detailed information just run the reports from your Admin Control Panel (under reporting).
