New Servers Now Online: NT47 and MySQL7

There are new servers now online: nt47.hsphere.cc and mysql7.hsphere.cc

Remember to login to your reseller account and do the following:

1. Login into the admin control panel.
2. Click E.MANAGER
3. Click DNS Manager
4. Click edit button to the right of DNS zone
5. Click edit button to the right of your instant alias address
6. If there are logical servers that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Add records to all listed logical servers"
7. Click Server Aliases under E.MANAGER
8. If there are server aliases that need to be added, scroll to the bottom of the page click Submit.

The new servers will be turned on within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Same here. Ticket has been sent

If you are getting this error, there is likely a ghosted record for MySQL7 in the H-Sphere database for your service zone. If you send a ticket to support, we can fix it for you.
