Need Access to User Forums - Reseller Hosting, Shared Hosting, Dedicated Hosting by Vortech Inc.

I'm a reseller account holder and have registered to gain access to the private / user forums about 4 or 5 days ago. I've tried on two separate occassions. Returning message says will be reviewed/granted in 24-48 hrs. Admin, or anyone . . . can ya check into it?
