have you try to send to this support@vortechhosting.com ? but it seem work fine to me with this address

Yeah ive been in contact with support today through both the mail and the site. Havent had any trouble with either.

yes - that was the case for last 1 year, i used to direct e-mail them. ever since the update of HSPHERE i am having this problem. after this message, i will write again and see it will rich them. you know, its a pain to fill the web form to make a support requst. i was always happy with the vortec direct e-mail help.
