Finding Design/Programming Help

Does anyone have a site for posting opportunist wanting to work an able to pick up and finsih some undone projects I have looming unfinished projects for customers and prospective customers.

I thought there were bidding type sites where one would post a job, requirements and time frame with willingness to pay and you could respond to one another. Not sure what that was or if it worked or not. Is there a place for sonme straight forward familiar people learning and need to expand in a real world scenario for some extra money?

Just wondered if anyone else had or is seeking the same information or connections.

rent a coder worked great for me on 2 projects.

the only downside is you get soooo many bids it takes you a while to weed through all the canned replys and kids trying to pretend they are full time coders.

otherwise no complaints and recommend them to everyone.
could recommend one asp coder there if you have any asp projects.
