We don't have a list of programs that will get your account suspended on sight, rather we look at the impact of each application on the server and what it's going to be used for. In most cases we look at CPU and memory usage of a program, most anything goes as long as it doesn't rain on everyone else's parade, there are some exceptions to this. As an example Spamming software is prohibited even if it has no large negative impact on CPU use.

There are some things you just can't do, here is a quote from the TOS

"It is a violation for anyone who, including but not limited to, employs posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space, permits the use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or auto responders other than for their own account; or resale of access to CGI scripts installed on our servers."

Keep that in mind when you select an application to be used on our servers, we need to look out for every other user you share the server with.
