Admin Accounts

Is there anybody who could easily explain to me what the differences are between a Tech Support Admin and a Tech Support account? The manuals are not quit informative about this. When I enter my admin account I can choose out of the Administration account or the Tech Support. Both seems to me are doing the same. And when I login through my Tech Support account CP I end up at the same location as through my admin account. Sounds confusing? To me it is.
That's why I would like someone to explain this or to give me a hint where to find more info.

i think tech support admin can be set to receive all tickets, and thru this you can pass them if necessary to any given tech support account. (so mary could vet them all, and give bob Unix and database related stuff, eric windows and scripting etc)
Don't quote me, but thats my understanding.

Sounds acceptable. I should be able to use a Tech Support Admin account only, that way I wouldn't be using a extra CP for a Tech Support account since Tech Support Admin uses the admin CP?

Confusing again maybe but I'm trying to get more confident with the setup of my Reseller account. So any help will be welcome.

i don't use a Tech Support Admin or a Tech Support,
you can just configure troubletickets to go to any email address, and you could forward them to anyone from there if needed.
Been so long though i've forgotten where you originally set it up, the manuals will have it.
