Internal E-Mail Notification
Hello All:
I am working on the trbl ticket system for my site. I can make tickets from one of my accounts (Service Plan). That account E-Mail receives the message. I also can see the ticket in my administrative account and thought I set up to receive an e-mail about this ticket. However, I do not receive it. My mail logs show the below: ROUTER mail.cjmwebdesigns.net rejected by SYSTEM: Error Code=unknown user account 13:46:20.46 1 POP-00166([65.57.231.120]) failed to open 'mail.cjmwebdesigns.net'. Connection from [65.57.231.120:54107]. Error Code=unknown user account Now, mail.cjmwebdesigns.net is the Incoming Mail Server, the account should be support@cjmwebdesigns.net, however, it does not appear to be sending the message this way. OK. I have the problem of the unknown user accout. However, how do we as the hosting provider, get notified of these tickets? I do not show any tickets going to my e-mail, and the address I have submitted also sends me a page.

If I'm following your question correctly. . .
Login to Adminstrative Account Settings Mail Settings Ticket Copy Add the address where you want to receive copies of all tickets submitted. Chris |

Hmmm... I had that all set up, but never got copies.. I am resetting them up and I will see if that works. Thanks.
