Ticket systems changed?

Hello,

I just sent in a ticket, and I noticed when the auto reply came back, it was from a different address than normal, and that the auto-reply text body was really screwy, are you trying out a new system?

Oh, sorry I did not notice your reply here, it was just the parsing of the HTML, it was really wild, then again, it could have just been hotmail at the time.

The system will not read the html we kind of have to read the code.. So when it sends it back you see the same mess we do.. I hate html emails like that..

Yea, I don't really like them myself, maybe if I can just go disable the stupid html it will rid me of that stupid editor ActiveX that loads as I push sends and then sends out "blank" emails.

Edit: I mainly use hotmail, nearly no spam, and can EASILY check anywhere, when they make me start paying is the day it is dropped. Can't remove the HTML mode, that sucks.
