Phone support will be down the rest of the day, we had a problem with the phone server, please submit any problems via trouble tickets and we will have them done asap.

Why is it taking 3 hours to reset nt14? I submitted the first trouble ticket at 11:45 am --- no response... and now the server is completely down.
