So what happened? Everything was gone for awhile. It looked like at least 15min.

Looks like the backup router every few nights drops off right at 1:45am till 2:00am it did this the other night as soon as we needed to to find the issue. Tonight we found what it was at least. I am going to setup a time for tomorrow night to switch out the router with the main router.

Right now we are running of what is labled the backup router as it had the config for the pix setup. We will copy that config over to the "main router" and put it back in service since we know the firewalls are working as they should be. Then we will need to wait and make sure it does not do the same thing.. We needed to make a config change any way in the setup. When you do a traceroute right now the server your traceroute to shows up 2 times. We think we know what this issue is as well and wanted to fix that, this gives us a better reason as well to fix both of them at the same time..

The time for the outage would be 12:15am ET Sunday Night / Monday morning 3/8/04
