So after 3 years of being with Vortech on the Cypher plan (and seriously overselling my resources) it seems that I've finally outgrown my diapers and am ready for britches! At least now my plan is named after a good guy, rather than an evil conniver. Brad: What was the reasoning behind calling it Cypher anyway, huh?

Anyway, just thought I'd let the Morpheus crowd know that I'm one of them now. And I do plan to stop by the treehouse from time to time, so please PM me the password...

Theres a tree house? man have i been missing out. I should really go through all my clients and see what my monthly usages are. Actually where do you see that?

Well no one has sent me the secret password, so maybe you have to be on the Neo plan for entry. Darn secret treehouses.

To check totals, you can just log into your main hosting CP. To check usage for individual clients, you have to run a "report" on "disk space" from your admin CP.

I wasn't keeping on top of it and one of my clients started using more space, so I was lucky enough to get this message:

APPROACHING RESOURCE LIMIT
Summary quota account:XXX has used 2,945.35 MB out of 3000 MB limit

Well, I just upped my bandwidth (overselling) because I lost a few customers with real real small sites who thought they were getting a better deal at company B because they offered 25GB and I only offered 1GB.

All my current hosted clients (who only use about 5-25MB) just got 10GB of space. What a joke, but it works.

I guess I may be joining you once one person takes advantage of my new resources.

you know thats the one thing i don't like about upgrading is the number of cp's on the account - if you have the Cypher plan and paid for an extra 10 cp's, you'd think that when you go to Morpheus that you have an extra 20 cp's but turns out that 40 is the total so you'd only have an extra 10 etc and so on - it would be great if each plan had 20 exra cp's from when you signup
