That's up to PSoft (the developer of H-Sphere) to decide. I believe I read a while back that it is expected to be a feature of the next release, however PSoft has a history of delaying releases for quite some time and still having significant bugs when finally released. I wouldn't count on it working properly anytime too soon.

sorry to bring up an old thread but how many ppl would be interested in a specific ftp client that could do this? It wouldn't be super secure but it could lock it down a little, and for joe blogs users, who just want to upload files it would probably be ok.

I would probably charge a (very) small amount to cover development costs, with a further discounted rate for everyone here, but i dont want to go and develope it if no one is intersted.

It would have all the usuall ftp client stuff with user/folder permissions, and would run on windows or unix (altho iirc unix already does this) and wouldnt need any additions to the server.

It would be nice until PSoft finally gets around to adding the feature internally, but I can't see a long term use for it in my case though.
