WorldPay suggestion

Hi Guys

I have taken a worldpay account as our payment gateway. They have given us a .exe file which needs to be install on the server for us to use it. Understandably, vortech are reluctant to run a exe on the server and want .dll which can be registered etc.

I have asked the worldpay people and they can't provide me .dll and apparently they have some issues with .Net framework etc. I know that there are some people who use worldpay here, I am just wondering how are you getting it to work? I am sure someone would be able to help me out, before I go and annoy vortech support for a reason which can be sorted here itself.

Any help in this regards would be much appreciated!

Whats the 'exe' for I've used World Pay for years and never required anything other than a scripts / code to enable the services.

HSphere already supports Worldpay without anything extra doesn't it?

Thanks Guys, but I need worldpay for a custom Shopping cart and not for Hsphere. Here's the scoop, I have a client which has a shopping site and they are using Worldpay for payment processing. At the minute they are using the select junior account since the support for worldpay service [which can be called from script level via COM etc] is not available. I was wondering if someone has used worldpay, other then in Hsphere, how they have done it?

Any help would be appreciated!

Contained within the .exe are you sure there isn't just a .dll ? if so you can extract that and just give it to Vortech to install. Try installing it locally, most of the .exe's I've seen are just custom wrappers to install and register a COM object.
