Router suggestions

Hey, looking for feedback on routers. I need to look at good router choice for business level product...meaning syslog, thoroughput, quality processor etc. Price is of course an issue. The leap from consumer to enterprise is fairly big. I have checked out many...certainly haven't tried them all, but routers are really getting to be annoying. This router is not planned for enterprise use necessarily, just need a certain level of quality. So far my best bet I have found anywhere for the price and quality...sub $200 is this netgear. Here are specs. I have checked out trendware, asante, smc, zyxel etc... I would like better vpn and 108mps wireless w/ some better wireless features, but finding that w/ decent quality firewall for that price seems impossible. So, looking for 2 cents maybe I am missing some jewel

posts around here lately have been living forever... it has been really quiet around here... kinda like it

i check in and only see one or two people even browsing the boards. I remember when there were 15+ any time of day or night. Matrix should brag on the decrease of traffice to the boards based on smooth running operations

Great work gang!

I'm back from vacation, won't be quiet much longer !

As for routers I like most of the Linksys gear personally .. at the end of the day its just CISCO stuff with a different badge on it, though these are more geared towards home and SOHO users so may not meet your requirements exactly.

They (Linksys) have their pluses, but the quality and specifications are not there. The 1 year is inadequate,(some are longer) they tend to run hot(not the only ones) and they don't give specs about processor, memory or thoroughput. They have some nicer switches, but not what is needed. Their wireless stuff is ok, but wireless has got problems...no matter which way you go. Thanks for not saying hitachi...
