hi
do the reseller plans include backup of customer data
if so, how would this be accesses, if not, can we use an online backup service and is traffic for hte backup included in the monthly traffic

We back all servers up every 24 hours. But if you need a backup for one site we do charge $60 to pull from backups as it does take some time to get every thing back out of them for just one site.

You could use a backup service but we have no way to include that with your monthly traffic.

Is there good reliable one on the net?

Why not post the online backup methods here? there are some others interested, if you need to edit/remove some lines go ahead and do that.


If there is enough demand for such services as this I might see what I can do.

I know the email address being an admin, but not sure if "send me an email" is enough permission for me to give you the address. I want to maintain privacy of all users if they choose it.

i would post the report here but it is quite large. It also was prepared for some clients who may have different needs then what you may require.

Remote backuping is easy to setup for websites, but how could be backup email accounts? Is there a way to download a whole imap folder?
