I'm concerned that Daniel thought this was fixed 2 hours ago and my clients are still having issues.

Vortech - have you stopped working on this issue because you thought it was fixed? Just wondering ...

Guys is there any way to move some clients from mail5? my big problem is that when I move to vortech and create all my clients account at that time mail5 was the default mail server so like 10 or more of my clients are on that server and in the last couple months this server for whatever reson (bad luck, spammer etc..) has been with troubles and my clients are not happy with this.

Please i´m not asking to move all of the jus a few at least the 2 or 3 largers.

Admin, I don't mind not getting a response to the ticket when I know you guys are working on it (which I did before because Daniel made a note). The concerning part is that he thought it was fixed 2 hours ago and it wasn't. So at this point I'm not sure whether you guys are working on it or not. :-)

What is the current status of mail5... does anyone know?

My customer just called and said he was unable to send an email that he needed to get out today.

OK... We have tried opening a trouble ticket but we get no acknowledgement or reply of any kind.

Is the trouble ticket system down now also??

Sorry I thought a tech would update this post.

This is what I got from there reports last night:

Mail5 – Dean upgraded clam-av since we noticed the forking of way to many procs that did not finish. Seemed to drastically help if not fix the problem with qmail-smtpd.

Still duplicate mail problem. Asked in tickets for headers so we can look at logs, looked at logs and there was only one entry..

So part is fixed, we are having a hard time with the dup emails. But we will work on this today, we really need a header from the first one and 2nd one so we can see what is different about the email and check both times if they are not the same in the logs.
