Hi,

I like to know with Cypher Plan II, do i get unlimited cpanel accounts and do i get ips for my customized nameservers.

if i'm not wrong every cpanel reseller get unlimited control panelaccount for end user ( while hsphere is limit ) and for ip i'm not sure but you can try to contact sales by livechat at www.vortechsupport.com or email to support@vortechhosting.com

Your name and web servers are actually aliases of vortechs servers - e.g.
ns1.mydomain.com = ns1.hsphere.cc
nt3.mydomain.com = nt3.hsphere.cc
unix11.mydomain.com = unix11.hsphere.cc

You still have to register your name servers with your Registrar, but DP is correct. You just have to know which one you are putting where and what IP Address to associate it with when you are creating the nameservers. Have not done my own on CPANEL, but presume it is in the main control panel.

Cypher Plan II is a little different than H-Sphere accounts, you do get unlimited accounts.

CPanel does not do aliases like H-Sphere since they are single system installs and not clustes, but you do get to aliases your name servers, as long as thats setup before you start to add accounts or other wise it causes big issues.

Howdy! I am glad to be back... never had CPANEL before with your firm. I have to call and confirm my account with Lisa today, however, what do I have to do with my Name Servers? Add them first? Then register them or something like that?

no, unfortunatly jsp is not supported on the servers due to the ammount of resouces it uses
