Seems ok for me on both unix and windows.
Are all you sites under one account or on one machine?

Just checked Webalizer for one of my client's sites. It is missing stats since 7:00 pm on April 1st.

Submitting ticket.

I'm about to change over from Webalizer to AWStats... sounds like they're both a bit dicey! Just tried enabling AWStats on a domain, and nothing happened... it created the AWStats folder, but there's isn't anything in it!

Anyone else had that problem?

You won't see any stats until the next day. It's not real-time.
If you don't see anything tomorrow, submit a TT as there have been some problems getting it started in the past.

Cool, thanks. I thought there'd at least be the cgi folder or something, since that's where it tries to run from.

To be honest I am never show any of them are 100% right. LoL I can check AWstats, Urchin and Webalizer for vortechhosting.com and all of them read a bit different. LoL

AWstats we did have to fix on all the systems, we got them all upgrade to 6.4 we thought we got them all before bit seemed to have missed some. Now everyone is on 6.4 for sure it was checked and check and checked again.

If your stats are not working open a ticket they should be able to fix them really easy.

Thanks Brad, much appreciated. I might start using the log files instead...

If I want to stop log files from being deleted, is it a simple matter of renaming them in the "logs" folder to something else? For example rename "ex050610.log" to "dl050610.log" - will that prevent the file from being deleted?

The idea is to put the rename command in an ASP include file, so it runs every time the site is hit, and renames the log file which is, say, 2 days prior to the current date. This will ensure all log files are retained until I download them.

Will that work?

Submitted a TT over a month ago because one of my client hasn't had stats/log files in over a year. Well, they still don't. This site resides on unix01.

There must be a g33k word for having one's question post pipped by another question post.

If I rename log files in a domain's log folder, will the renamed files stay put and not be deleted?

I emailed support and they fixed it pronto. Seems the domain was no longer in the rotatelog.cfg file . I never have had much luck with TT's however an email has worked 100% of the time.
