openads? It's amazing how great open-source software is becomming. OpenAds is no exception. I highly recommend trying it yourself if you need a modest - yet capable - ad server. Handles flash ads nicely too.

OpenAds is good, I've been using it since way back to the days when it was phpads and then phpadsnew myself.
