Mailing issues - Account ID: 10756635
I am a Cypher reseller (Account ID: 10756635). Some of my clients and
I included are facing some mailing issues. I use a DSL connect from one of a leading service provider to access Internet and while sending email use the SMTP of our domains; for e.g. mail8.pacesolutions.com, mail.gurudutt.in etc. Mails are not being sent using this SMTP because the error message that comes up is as follows: " There has been an error transferring your email and then the SMTP server (mail8.pacesolutions.com) said: 451 http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=203.101.4.87 Now this is one of the dynamic IP of my ISP provider whenever I connect to Internet through my provider. What I need to know is that even after authentication while sending or receiving mail does Hsphere system block sending mail if the carrier IP is an open proxy? If so, what is the remedy since I never faced this problem when I was a reseller of Cpanel with you? Please do not suggest to change the ISP as it is not as simple as you may think. Also I have written to my ISP informing them of this issue. Basically, I feel, if there has been a proper authentication then Hsphere system should not be concerned with the carrier IP since if that was the case then I shouldn't be getting any spam that I have been receiving even after shifting over to Hsphere. Bests, Gurudutt

This is the qmail-send program at mail.vortechhosting.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <support@vortechhosting.com>: --- Below this line is a copy of the message.
