A True Story
In the middle of the email downtime today, I dialed into my bank and transferred my LAST auto payment on my Ford Explorer after five solid years of monthly payments. Five years.
Not twenty minutes later, a woman driving an old van whipped around the corner and rear ended my truck as it sat parked on the street outside my office window. My rear bumper is smashed up into the back-end, broken taillights and a dented rear panel. For FIVE YEARS I did not hit so much as a curb with this thing, and then twenty freaking minutes after I actually OWN the goddamn thing the entire back-end gets totalled. Unbelievable. (Yes, she had insurance.)
